I always stay here because it has everything I need: a flat-screen TV, a dryer, an electric kettle, and cookware. Plus, the staff is amazing- they even returned my forgotten documents once. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made it easy for us to prepare meals together as a family.

Personally, we would have preferred a kettle in our unit, but this is just a minor preference and others might not mind.

We had a fancy and tidy room, also there were a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities. The staff was amiable & very-very nice. It was in the central location in convinient area.

The hotel's central location near the National Mall was fantastic. The deluxe apartment with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven was comfortable and convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the venue's location and will definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

The room is neat and has a huge bathroom. The hotel is in the central location very close to the metro. As we remember, there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Bidwell Restaurant, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

This place is conveniently located just 1 mile from the city center, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the tube station.

The location of Whyhotel By Placemakr, Union Market was fantastic in the vibrant Noma neighborhood with plenty of options for restaurants and cafes. Being close to the metro made getting around the city very convenient. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated and the staff member I interacted with was incredibly efficient and helpful during my stay.

One situation that stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service I received. Unfortunately, I experienced a personal loss during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
